Terminal Chat and Community Guide

CHAT is the Terminal’s community workspace. It is separate from the chart, broker, and order-entry surfaces, even when a post discusses a symbol or trade. Feed and navigation The feed can show posts, creator profiles, comments, reactions, and live content. Use the visible tabs, filters, or profile controls to move through the available community views. A feed can be empty because there are no matching posts, because a filter is active, or because content is still loading. Posts and comments • Open a post to read its full content and comments. • Use reactions to record your response when the control is available. • Add a comment only after confirming that you are in the intended thread. • Refresh or retry when a post action does not confirm. • Treat user-generated posts as opinions and education, not as verified broker instructions. Profiles and subscriptions Open a profile to review its available public information and posts. Subscribe or unsubscribe only after checking the confirmation text. A subscription to a creator is a community feature; it does not grant broker access, plan access, or automatic trade execution. Live streams A live-stream preview can appear on DASH or inside CHAT. The player may offer play, mute or audio controls, fullscreen, and picture-in-picture where the browser supports them. Camera and screen permissions are required only for broadcasting or collaboration features, not for simply watching a stream. If a stream does not play: 1. Confirm that the player is not muted and that the browser tab has permission to play audio. 2. Retry the player or reopen the stream. 3. If you are broadcasting, check camera and screen permissions in the browser. 4. If comments are available but video is not, treat those as separate states; do not repeatedly submit the same comment. Privacy and account safety Do not post passwords, private keys, account numbers, or personal contact information. Community content may be visible to other members according to the product’s sharing controls. Block or report an account through the available profile action if needed. Community loading states Loading means the first feed or thread request is pending. Empty means there is no content for the current view. Unavailable means the Terminal could not confirm the feed or action. A failed reaction, comment, follow, or subscription should show a visible error; wait for that result before trying again. Mobile use CHAT uses a single active view on mobile. Open the post, profile, or stream from the current feed, then use the back control to return. Long threads and comments can extend below the initial viewport, so scroll inside the page before concluding that content is missing.
