Getting Started: Set Up Your Account and First Workspace

This guide walks through a first ZUBYINTEL session. You can explore the platform without connecting a broker or placing an order. Market education and simulated trading are separate from any brokerage or account action. Before you begin Have access to the email address on your ZUBYINTEL account and decide whether you are exploring market data, reviewing simulated trading, or tracking a connected account. Keep passwords, one-time codes, private keys, and broker credentials on the provider’s secure sign-in page; never send them in chat or a support ticket. Set up your workspace 1. Sign in and confirm that the account name or profile menu shows the account you intended to use. 2. Open Help Center → Getting Started if you need a product overview, then open the Terminal from the main navigation. 3. Choose a symbol from the ticker field and confirm the selected result rather than leaving an unfinished search. 4. Start in DASH to review the visible account, signal, and market cards. Move to DATA when you want a focused chart view. 5. Read the plan, connection, and permission labels before using any account-specific control. What a successful setup looks like The selected symbol appears consistently across the panels that support it, cards move from loading to a confirmed result, and any account card identifies its source. A loading, warming, refreshing, or stale label is a state to monitor, not a signal to trade. An empty result can be valid for a symbol, date, or filter; an unavailable result means the platform could not confirm usable data. Choose your next step For chart context and signal states, read /help/articles/terminal-data-chart-signals-guide. For connected accounts and positions, read /help/articles/terminal-account-positions-trading-guide. For a plan overview, read /help/articles/billing-plans-and-access. If setup does not settle, reload once after checking the visible connection state. If the problem continues, open a support ticket at /help/tickets/new with the workspace, symbol, timeframe, visible message, and approximate time. Do not include credentials.
