Connect a Broker Safely

A broker connection can support tracking, metrics, journaling, or other account-specific features. The available actions depend on the provider, account type, plan, and current permissions. A connection does not automatically grant order routing. Connect and verify 1. Open Settings → Connections or the broker connection entry shown in the Terminal. 2. Choose the provider and start its secure authorization flow. Enter credentials only on the provider’s page. 3. Complete any provider verification and return to ZUBYINTEL when prompted. 4. Wait for the connection to change from pending to connected, then select the intended account if the provider offers more than one. 5. Open DASH or Positions and confirm the account name, source, currency, and latest confirmed refresh. Expected boundaries Read-only tracking, performance history, simulated positions, and order routing are different capabilities. A provider can be connected while a feature is read-only, unavailable, or plan-required. Do not use a public quote or another account’s position as a substitute for the connected account’s confirmed snapshot. Recover common problems If the provider window does not open, allow pop-ups and start again from Settings. If the connection stays pending, wait for the callback and reload Settings once. If an account is missing, check the provider’s account permissions and return through the supported flow. If cards show an old account, select the intended account again and wait for account-scoped hydration. If the connection still fails, open /help/tickets/new with the provider name, account label without sensitive numbers, visible status, and approximate time. Do not paste login details, access tokens, private keys, or screenshots containing them. For positions and action confirmation, see /help/articles/terminal-account-positions-trading-guide.
