Billing, Plans, and Access
Your plan controls access to some ZUBYINTEL workspaces, signals, account tools, and support features. Market information, simulated activity, a connected personal broker, and order-routing eligibility are separate concepts. A plan-required message is an access boundary, not proof that market data is broken. Review your current plan 1. Open Settings and select Billing or Plan when that section is available. 2. Confirm the plan name, billing status, renewal or end date, and any listed feature limits. 3. Compare the feature’s message with the plan details before retrying. Some capabilities also require a connected account, identity status, or a qualifying account type. 4. Return to the feature and reload it once after an upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation has been confirmed. Subscription and billing states Active means the plan is currently available. Pending or processing means the billing provider has not finished confirming a change. Past-due, canceled, or expired means access may be limited according to the displayed terms. A successful checkout does not necessarily mean every panel has refreshed; allow the account state to update before repeating a purchase. Safe billing troubleshooting Check the billing page, confirmation email, and account identity first. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or login links to ZUBYINTEL support. If a charge, refund, invoice, or access state still looks wrong, open a support ticket at /help/tickets/new with the account email, relevant date, plan name, and the provider’s non-sensitive reference. Support may need to verify the account before discussing billing details. For account and identity state, see /help/articles/account-security-and-recovery. For settings and plan-gated Terminal controls, see /help/articles/terminal-settings-connections-guide. Do not assume a paid plan guarantees a trading outcome or removes market risk.
