Account Security, Sign-In, and Recovery

Keep account recovery inside the supported ZUBYINTEL and identity-provider flows. ZUBYINTEL support will not need your password, one-time code, private key, full payment details, or broker credentials to investigate a normal product issue. Protect access 1. Use a unique password and a device you control. Keep your browser and operating system updated. 2. Enable available multi-factor or verification protections from the account or identity settings. 3. Review active sessions, identity status, and connected accounts when those controls are available. 4. Sign out on shared devices and do not approve an authentication prompt you did not start. 5. If you suspect compromise, change the password through the official sign-in flow, revoke unfamiliar sessions or connections, and contact support from /help/tickets/new. Recovery steps Use Forgot credentials or the password-reset link from the sign-in page. Check the correct inbox and spam folder, and use the newest reset message. A reset link can expire; request a new one rather than forwarding an old link. If identity verification is pending or action required, follow the instructions shown in Settings and wait for the status to update. Account and broker boundaries Your ZUBYINTEL login, a connected personal broker, a simulated account, and any Trial evaluation account can have different permissions and recovery paths. Seeing a balance or profile does not prove that order routing is enabled. Confirm the account label and access state before acting, and use the broker’s secure authorization window when reconnecting. If you cannot sign in after the supported recovery steps, contact support through /help/tickets/new or the public contact page. Include the account email and the visible error, but never include passwords, codes, tokens, or private keys. For plan and identity-related access, see /help/articles/billing-plans-and-access.
